Fernvale EC is located about 800m walk to Fernvale LRT stations which can transfer to Sengkang MRT station, where you can access the North-East Line.
There are a few bus stops in the vicinity and nearest ones is just right infront of Fernvale EC along Yio Chu Kang. Buses 50, 70, 854, 103 go to many location like Serangoon, Bishan, AMK, Yio Chu Kang, Yishun.
There’s a well-served bus stop right outside the condo along Yio Chu Kang Road, where Bus number 70 take residents to Serangoon MRT station (and NEX mall) in 20 minutes. Yio Chu Kang MRT station is 18 minutes away on the same bus. Once residents get to Serangoon MRT station, it’s another half an hour to the CBD. Not too shabby a travel time at all.
Meanwhile, drivers are within three-minutes drive to the entrance of the Central Expressway (CTE), whose traffic conditions will be improved with the opening of the North South Corridor in 2026. Surprisingly, Changi Airport is just a 15-minute drive via the nearby Tampines Expressway (TPE).

To get some groceries, you can head to either of these supermarkets in the neighbourhood.
Directly opposite the Fernvale condo is the Greenwich V shopping centre , which has a Cold Storage supermarket, a food court, a clinic, a good variety of dining options and a few enrichment and childcare centres.
For more amenities such as a cinema, the Fernvale Lane EC resident will be roughly a 10-minute walk, or two bus stops, away from The Seletar Mall. The mall is part of a bustling hub that includes Fernvale LRT station. Seletar Mall itself has NTUC and famous restaurant like Din Tai Fung, Hai Di Lao etc
Fernvale Point, an integrated community club (to be completed in 2020). Integrating two main community and social facilities in one development, this 5-storey, multi-agency collaboration project of approximately 11,400sqm GFA aims to provide a shared communal experience for the residents of Sengkang West with its large atrium, a spacious hawker centre, a variety of activity spaces, and an outdoor roof garden next to the childcare centre.
For a wider range of options and to get some shopping and services ticked off your to-do-list, you can make a trip down to Compass One shopping mall. Compass One has Cold Storage, another grocery shopping option near Fernvale EC.
