There are 2 Woodlands EC at the district 27 that have been bid by developers and will be launching soon from end 2026. 1st Woodlands EC is a new EC located in Woodlands Dr 17 developed by CDL with a Land parcel of 271,328 sqft, with a plot ratio of 1.7 and can yield about 420 units, with a maximum gross floor area (GFA) of 461,259 sqft.
The second executive condo (EC) site at Woodlands Drive 17 drew three bids when it closed on Jan 13, with Sim Lian Group emerging with the highest bid of $484 million ($794 psf per plot ratio). The tender for the second EC site at Woodlands Drive 17 was launched in October last year 2025. It is situated on a 99-year leasehold plot spanning 290,412 sq ft. The site has a plot ratio of 2.1 and is expected to yield about 560 EC units, with a maximum gross floor area (GFA) of 609,867 sq ft.

The tender for the two Government Land Sale (GLS) sites at Woodlands Drive 17 has closed. The first site, Woodlands Drive 17 (1H 2025) was launched in April 2025, and the tender closed on 5 August 2025. It drew interest from five bidders, with the top bid of $360.9million (or $782 psf ppr). It was submitted by CDL Divine Pte. Ltd. CDL’s bid exceeds Sim Lian Group’s offer of $360.28 million or $781 psf ppr by just $1 psf ppr. CDL also emerged as the top bidder for the EC site tender at Senja Close in Bukit Panjang, which closed on the same day. The developer submitted a bid of $252.899 million or $771 psf ppr for the site.

The second site, Woodlands Drive 17 (2H 2025) was launched in October 2025 and the tender closed on 13 January 2025. Interest was more measured, with 3 bidders, but had a higher top bid of $484.0 million (or $794 psf ppr), put in by a Sim Lian Land Pte Ltd and Sim Lian Development Pte Ltd.


Both Woodlands EC is just less than 5 min walk to Woodlands South MRT nearby amenities, eateries, entertainment and shopping malls are conveniently located minutes walk away. Residents will enjoy the convenience Canberra Plaza, with many shops, a supermarket, a food court, childcare centre and education centre etc.
