Why should you choose to stay at Daintree Residence?
1. Proximity to public transportations
As we’ve briefly stated in the introduction, the nearest train station from Daintree Residence is Beauty World MRT station. It’s about 600m away and a 7-minute walk will take you there.
Beauty World MRT station links you to the Downtown Line. You will be four stops away to the Circle Line. From Botanic Gardens MRT station (Circle Line), you can choose to travel towards Harbourfront or Marina Bay. Both routes allow you to be connected with the East-West Line and North-South Line respectively.
You will find yourself conveniently just steps away from the bus stop after Jalan Jurong Kechil (Stop ID: 42239). Three buses service the area – 41, 77, and 173.
We did a quick check on the bus routes to see where you can get to after hopping on those buses. Bus 41 takes you to Jurong East Temporary Interchange. Bus 77 bound for Bukit Batok interchange stops by Keming Primary School. As for bus 173, it stops by Clementi Interchange and Nan Hua Primary School.
For more bus options, you can take a 3-minute walk from Daintree Residence to the main road along Jalan Jurong Kechil to reach the bus stop at block 18 (Stop ID: 42161). There are a total of 11 buses servicing the area from that particular bus stop.
2. Grocery, shopping and services

Shopping malls not too far away from Daintree Residence include – Bukit Timah Shopping Centre, Beauty World Centre, Beauty World Plaza, Bukit Timah Plaza, and KAP Mall.
For a wide range of shops and a better shopping experience, we recommend that you take a drive to the Jurong East area. Jurong East is about a 10-minute drive from the property and has shopping malls situated very close to each other – Jcube, JEM, Westgate, and IMM.

You can run your errands at the shopping malls closer to home. For example, Bukit Timah Shopping Centre has ExcelPrint Photocopy & Printing located within the building for your printing needs. There’s also an OCBC Bank branch at level one.
But if you’re planning to shop and get some errands done at the same time, we suggest that you head to one of the malls at Jurong East. IMM has a money changer, a floral shop, and laundry shop. Singapore Pools is located at level two of the mall.
