In total, the site drew interest from seven bidders, with the top bid of $703.6 million (or $1,376 psf ppr) being put in by a consortium comprising Sing Holdings Residential Pte Ltd and Sunway Developments Pte Ltd.
The Chuan Grove (1H 2025) site closed on 4 September 2025. Similarly, the site drew interest from five bidders, with the top bid of $623.9 million (or $1,331 psf ppr). It was submitted by the same consortium comprising of Sing Holdings Residential Pte Ltd and Sunway Developments Pte Ltd.
