The 99-year leasehold plot sits on a land area of 179,000 sq ft and will have a maximum allowable built-up area of 536,800 sq ft, based on the gross plot ratio of 3.0. Bukit Batok EC by CDL is expected to have 10 blocks of 12 to 13 storeys with around 510 residential units and a basement car park.

The second highest bid from Sim Lian Group was just 0.17% lower, at $625 psf ppr.  The land rate is below the $662 psf ppr for the EC site at Bukit Batok West Avenue 8 site that was awarded in March 2022 to a joint venture between Qingjian Realty and Santarli Construction.
